To get started on WorKazoo, see if an employer you're connected to is on the website - simply click the "Browse by employer" link on the homepage (in the Employers section on the left) and go to the page corresponding to its first letter.
If it isn't there, click into the Employers section and select "Add an employer" and follow the instructions to go from there! The website will ask you to register or log in first, if you haven't already
You can then write its profile (although please be aware there'll be a short moderation delay - usually no more than 15 minutes or so). Within the Employers section again, you can "add a review" - just click the link of that name.
Browse through the profiles and the reviews in the Employers section, visit the Question & Answers section to see if you know the answers to any users' questions and ask any burning questions yourself.
Next, you can go to the Community section to see who's online and to find users interested in the same career areas you are.
